June 27, 2017 Correction Order, etc. with regard to RANET Co., Ltd. in Violation of Act on Identification, etc. by Mobile Voice Communications Carriers of their Subscribers, etc.

In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 15 of the Act on Identification, etc. by Mobile Voice Communications Carriers of their Subscribers, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2005), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) issued today a correction order to RANET Co., Ltd. (Tokyo’s Toshima Ward) for its deeds in violation of the said Act.
Furthermore, MIC has instructed SoftBank Corp. (Tokyo’s Minato Ward), which has responsibility for supervising RANET Co., Ltd. to ensure their supervision over intermediary agencies.
