June 28, 2017 Administrative Guidance on MNO and FTTH Services with Consideration of FY2016 Monitoring (Evaluation and Assessment) of Implementation Status of Consumer Protection Rules

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has today called for improvements of three telecommunications carriers and nine telecommunications carriers that provide MNO services and FTTH services, respectively, in the status of their implementation of explanations to users in sales scenes.
