September 1, 2017 Organizing Study Group on Broadcasting for People with Audiovisual Disabilities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has decided to organize a study group on broadcasting for people with audiovisual disabilities with the aim of contributing to the making of plans and proposals for policies concerning broadcasting for people with audiovisual disabled people for fiscal 2018 and successive years. Such plans and proposals will include the formulation of new administrative guidelines that set goals for the dissemination of subtitled broadcasts and commentary broadcasts.
