October 4, 2018 Appeal for Proposals concerning the Assessment of the State of Competition in the Telecommunications Business Field

The Special Committee on the Assessment of the State of Competition in the Telecommunications Business Field of the Telecommunications Business Policy Committee under the Information and Communications Council has decided to make an appeal for proposals from Friday, October 10 through Thursday, October 25, 2018 for a future vision of communications networks with a view to possible circumstances around 2030. The Special Committee chaired by Hirotaka Yamauchi, Professor at Graduate School of Commerce and Management, Hitotsubashi University) intends to make use of the proposals for references for the future discussions at the Special Committee.
