October 5, 2018 Organizing Study Group on Network Neutrality and Making Appeal for proposals

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has decided to organize a study group on network neutrality for the purpose of discussing and examining the ideal state of the fairness and transparency of network usage and cost sharing.
At the same time, in order to contribute to the discussion at the meeting, MIC has decided to make an appeal for proposals from Saturday, October 6 through Monday, October 22, 2018, for basic viewpoints and concrete examination items for the future study at the meeting.
