December 21, 2018 Public Appeal for FY2019 R&D Themes under SCOPE

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has decided to make a public appeal for new research and development (R&D) themes starting in fiscal 2019 under the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE).
MIC has decided to make this appeal before the fiscal 2019 budget bill passes through the Diet so that this project can be started promptly after the budget bill passes through the Diet. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that the implementation of the project is subject to change according to the passage of the budget bill.
