Partial Report from Information and Communications Council
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today received a report from the Information and Communications Council (Chaired by Takeshi Uchiyamada, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toyota Motor Corporation) on technical requirements for the 9 GHz band airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system in partial response to MIC’s inquiry of April 23, 1981, about various technical problems concerning aeronautical radio communications.
