Concerning Violation of the Act on Regulation of the Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Consumer Affairs Agency have issued an administrative order against Kabushiki Kaisha MOTHER in accordance with Article 7 of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (Act No. 26 of 2002). This company sent electronic mail to advertise or publicize its website MOON, which the company operated in violation of the Act.
