Report from Radio Regulatory Council on Preliminary License for Terrestrial Basic Broadcasting Station (for Tohoku Wide Area) for Mobile Equipment Using Frequencies Exceeding 99 MHz up to 108 MHz
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) submitted an inquiry to the Radio Regulatory Council (chaired by Susumu Yoshida, Specially Appointed Professor, Kyoto University) concerning the preliminary license application for a terrestrial basic broadcasting station (for V-Low multimedia broadcasts) using frequencies in excess of 99 MHz up to 108 MHz covering the Tohoku wide area for mobile equipment. MIC received by return a report from the Radio Regulatory Council stating the appropriateness of the approval as inquired.
