April 10, 2018 Announcement of Public Awareness Educational Materials for Safe and Secure Radio Wave Utilization in Medical Institutions

The Radio-wave Utilization Promotion Committee for Medical Institutions as an internal discussion group established by the Electromagnetic Compatibility Conference Japan has been promoting proper radio wave utilization in medical institutions. The Committee’s activities include the issuance of the Guidance on Safe and Secure Radio Wave Utilization in Medical Institutions, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare have been jointly contributing to the Committee’s activities.

The Committee has today released a video and e-learning teaching material for the purpose of promoting the public awareness of the Guidance.
