May 18, 2018 Implementation of L-alert Comprehensive National Training 2018

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has decided to implement L-alert comprehensive national training 2018 on Wednesday, May 23, and Thursday, May 24, 2018, with the participation of prefectural governments and the media. L-alert is a disaster information sharing system that transmits disaster-related information of local governments, including evacuation instructions, to a variety of media simultaneously and promptly, thus contributing to the smooth provision of information to local residents in times of disaster.
