The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has adopted 51 themes for fiscal 2018 with consideration of the results of external evaluations as a result of an appeal for research and development (R&D) under the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE) of fiscal 2018.
