With the revision of the Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has revised the Guidelines on Improvements in Management Capabilities of Cable Television Broadcasting Industry, Telecommunications Field, and Terrestrial Basic Broadcasting field.
