The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) organized a Taskforce for Ideal Changes of Business Operators Utilizing Wholesale of Optical Access Line Services of NTT East/West (Chief Investigator: Professor Ikufumi Niimi, School of Law at Meiji University) on May 16, 2018.
Recently, the Task Force compiled a report, and MIC has decided to release the same to the public.
