January 15, 2019 FY2019 Spring Safety Net Campaign with Chain of Moves in New Semester

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications focuses on the spring graduation and enrollment season, when a large number of young people start using mobile terminals, e.g., smartphones for the first time, and implements a spring safety net campaign with a chain of moves to promote filtering and IT literacy improvements in young people and their parental guardians intensively. The campaign is conducted in cooperation with ministries and businesses concerned, and this year’s campaign will start this February with a variety of initiatives deployed.
