As a result of a public appeal for themes of the development of young ICT researchers under the fiscal 2018 Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has selected six themes with consideration of the results of evaluations made by external experts.
