December 20, 2019 Result of Appeal for Opinions on Draft of Official Directive for Partial Revision of Examination Standards related to the Radio Act

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal for opinions on a draft of official directive for the partial revision of examination standards related to the Radio Act or the introduction of the 5th generation mobile communications system (5G) and other technologies that can be flexibly constructed and used by various entities in response to local needs and individual needs in various industrial fields. MIC received eight opinions in response. Accordingly, MIC has decided to open the submitted opinions to the public, along with MIC’s views on the opinions.
