May 7, 2019 Implementation of L-alert Comprehensive National Training 2019

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has decided to implement L-alert comprehensive national training 2019 on Wednesday, May 22, and Thursday, May 23, 2019, with the participation of prefectural governments and the media. L-alert is a disaster information sharing system that transmits disaster-related information of local governments, including evacuation instructions, to a variety of media simultaneously and promptly, thus contributing to the smooth provision of information to local residents in times of disaster.
