The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has today given guidance in writing to Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (Representative Director and President Yoshihisa Yamada) on its initiative in order to ensure the operation of specific base stations and the stable provision of services for the spread of fourth-generation mobile communications systems.
