August 28, 2019 Release of Reporting Manual of Service Subcontractors

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has released the Reporting Manual of Service Subcontractors. This manual explains a newly introduced reporting system of telecommunications service dealers. It includes the scope of those who are required to report, as well as the procedure for reporting, in response to the enforcement of the Act on Partial Amendments to the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 5 of 2019) on October 1, 2019.
