September 27, 2019 Revision of Guidelines on Application of the Telecommunications Business Act and Radio Act related to MVNO

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications hereby announces that it has revised the Guidelines on Application of the Telecommunications Business Act and Radio Act related to MVNO (originally established in June 2002) as a result of an appeal for opinions in response to the designation of Category II Designated Telecommunications Facilities in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984). The revised guidelines will come into operation on Tuesday, December 24.
