January 17, 2020 Appeal for FY2019 R&D Themes of Programs of ICT Basics and Nurturing Type (in Three-year Frame) under SCOPE

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has adopted eight themes as a result of external evaluations of a public appeal for new research and development (R&D) themes of programs of ICT basic and nurturing type (in three-year frame) starting in fiscal 2019 under the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE).

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made a public appeal for opinions from Wednesday, July 10 through Friday, October 11, 2020, for new research and development (R&D) themes of programs of ICT basic and nurturing type (in three-year frame) starting in fiscal 2019 under the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme (SCOPE).

With consideration of the evaluation of submitted R&D themes by external professionals and experts, MIC has adopted eight themes.
