January 20, 2020 Result of Appeal for Opinions on Draft Report from Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee

Technical requirements for upgrading low-power radio stations in 920 MHz band as part of technical requirements for upgrading low-power wireless communications systems

The Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee (Chief Investigator: Makoto Ando, Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School of Science and Engineering), Department on Information and Communications Technology, Information and Communications Council, made an appeal for opinions from Saturday, December 7 through Monday, January 6, 2020, on its draft report.
As a result, two opinions were received, and the Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee has decided to open the submitted opinions to the public, along with the view of the Land Radiocommunication subcommittee on the opinions.

With consideration of the result of the appeal for opinions, the Department on Information and Communications Technology (chaired by Shojiro Nishio, President of Osaka University) will deliberate the report.
