January 27, 2020 Opening On-line Seminar on Security Measures for Public Wireless LANs
In recent years, the spread of public wireless LAN services has progressed. However, many security measures are not sufficient, and there are possibilities of incidents such as cyber attacks and information leaks using public wireless LANs as stepping stones.
Accordingly, with the aim of enlightenment about the security measures of public wireless LAN users, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will start an on-line seminar on security measures for public wireless LANs on Monday, February 10, 2020, and has decided from today to accept applicants wishing to attend the seminar.

4. How to participate
This seminar distributes video content on a large-scale open on-line seminar platform called "gacco", which is operated by DOCOMO gacco, Inc. A participant needs member registration and seminar registration through the webpage that introduces this seminar.
