March 13, 2020 Expansion of Telework Managers’ Web and Telephone Consultation

Concerning the press release of March 2, 2020, entitled Extension of Application Acceptance Period of Telework Managers ’Web and Telephone Consultation dated March 2, 1980, to further enhance consultation services for companies considering the introduction of telework, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will continue providing web and telephone consultations concerning countermeasures against new coronavirus infections without any restrictions on the number or period of consultations.

1. Overview of web consultation

  Private companies (such as joint-stock companies, unlimited partnership, limited share partnerships, limited liability companies, or non-profit corporations)
• 2.
  Local governments, such as prefectures, municipalities, and similar organizations

2. Consultation examples

Explanation of the effect of telework, a method of system introduction, advice on security measures, support for introduction, etc.

3. Application acceptance period

Until Tuesday, March 24, 2020
(However, this project will continue on and after Wednesday, April 1, 2020)
There are no restrictions on the number or period of consultations.

4. All consultations are free.
