March 30, 2020 Results of Appeal for Opinions on Draft Ministerial Ordinance for Partial Revision of Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal for opinions from Saturday, May 22 through to Monday, March 23, 2020, on a draft ministerial ordinance for the partial revision of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act. As a result, 2 opinions were received.

1. Results of appeal for opinions

MIC made an appeal for opinions from Saturday, May 22 through to Monday, March 23, 2020, based on the Administrative Procedures Act (legislative decree no. 88, 1993), on the drawing up of a draft ministerial ordinance for the partial revision of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act.
As a result of the appeal for opinions, 2 opinions were received.

2. Future plans

MIC will promptly revise the Regulations for Enforcement of the Telecommunications Business Act with consideration for the opinions received.
