March 31, 2020 Approval of FY2020 Business Plan for Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation

The Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved fiscal 2020 business plans submitted by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (President Jun Sawada. Hereinafter referred to as “NTT Holdings”), Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (President Fukuzo Inoue. Hereinafter referred to as “NTT East”) and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (President Mitsuyoshi Kobayashi. Hereinafter referred to as “NTT West”).

In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc. (Act No. 85, 1984), the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications today approved the FY2020 business plans (*) submitted by NTT Holdings, NTT East, and NTT West.
