June 3, 2020 Appeal for Opinions on Ministerial Ordinances for Partially Revising Institutions, including Regulations for Chief Telecommunications Engineer
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will make an appeal for opinions from Thursday, June 4 through Friday, July 3, 2020, on ministerial ordinances that will partially revise telecommunications-related institutions, including the Regulations for Chief Telecommunications Engineer.
1. Overview
With consideration of a partial report* from the Information and Communications Council, MIC will partially revise the Regulations for Chief Telecommunications Engineer (Ministerial Ordinance of MPT No. 27 of 1985), Rules for Installation Technician (Ministerial Ordinance of MPT No. 28 of 1985), and relevant telecommunications-related rules.
