R & D for the Construction of Global Quantum Cryptography Communication Network
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal from Monday, March 16 through Thursday, April 16, 2020, for proposals for research and development (R&D) themes to be newly conducted in and after fiscal 2020.
MIC received a single proposal, had it evaluated externally, and nominated a candidate contractor with consideration of the external evaluation.
