June 17, 2020 Result of Public Appeal for Organizations to Implement Environmental Development Project on Satellite Broadcasting Reception

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal from Monday, April 27 through Wednesday, May 27, 2020, for organizations that would implement an Environmental Development Project on Satellite Broadcasting Reception.
MIC had the proposal content evaluated by external experts and selected the candidate specified below.
MIC will examine the content of the application and decide on the grant after confirming that the proposal content will be implemented with no obstacles.

1．Outline of Environmental Development Project on Satellite Broadcasting Reception

Regarding the intermediate frequency band used by the new 4K/8K satellite broadcasting that started on December 2018, this project will refurbish existing reception equipment for satellite basic broadcasting, which may affect other wireless systems, and establish an appropriate reception environment.

MIC made an appeal from Monday, April 27 through Wednesday, May 27, 2020, for organizations that would implement the project and received one application. MIC had the proposal content evaluated by external experts and selected the candidate specified below.
