June 23, 2020 Approval of Appointment of Directors and Auditors and Resolution for Disposal of Profits of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation

The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the appointment of directors and auditors and the resolution for disposal of profits as applied by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (President and Chief Executive Officer: Jun Sawada). This approval is based on the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 2, and Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act Concerning Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, Etc. (Act No. 85 of 1984).

Disposal of profits

Year-end dividend: 47.5 yen per share
Total year-end dividend: Approximately 172.7 billion yen
