September 4, 2020 Release of FY2019 Verification Report on Telecommunications Accidents and Accident Situations of Telecommunications Services (FY2019)

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) requires that telecommunications carriers report telecommunications accidents over a specific scale under the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984). Furthermore, MIC has been holding a telecommunications accident verification meeting to have a third party verify from a professional perspective to contribute to the prevention of the recurrence of telecommunications accidents.
Recently, MIC summarized the situations of telecommunications accidents in fiscal 2019 and decided to open the same, along with the verification results of the situations as the fiscal 2019 verification report on telecommunications accidents of the telecommunications accident verification meeting.
