January 15, 2021 Public Appeal for Proposals related to Disaster Resistance Enhancement Projects by Using Optical Cable TV to Establish New Daily Lives

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will make a public appeal for proposals related to disaster resistance enhancement projects using optical cable TV to establish new daily lives under a fiscal 2020 supplemental budget or fiscal 2021 initial budget.
MIC has decided to make this appeal before the fiscal 2020 supplemental budget bill or fiscal 2021 initial budget bill passes the Diet so that eligible organizations can start the projects as soon as possible. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that the implementation of the projects is subject to change according to the passage of the budget bills.
