February 9, 2021 Appeal for Subsidized Companies (Executive Organizations) for Project on Digital Utilization Support for Users under FY2020 Supplementary Budget
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has decided to make a public appeal from Tuesday, February 2 through Wednesday, March 10, 2021, for subsidized companies (executive organizations) for digital utilization support for users under the fiscal 2020 supplementary budget.
1. Purpose of project
The project on digital utilization support for users aims to reduce disparities in opportunities or required abilities related to digital utilization. For this purpose, entities, including private businesses, will provide online administrative procedures, advice, and consultation on using services to older people who do not have sufficient understanding and skills regarding digital utilization.
Furthermore, this is a public appeal for subsidized companies (executive organizations). After the executive organizations are decided as a result of the public appeal, MIC will make an appeal for indirectly subsidized companies (project implementing organizations) who will implement the project.

From Tuesday, February 9 and no later than noon on Wednesday, March 10, 2021

Fill out and submit the application documents following the subsidy grant guidelines on projects on promoting information and communications usage and those for fiscal 2020 subsidized companies (executive organizations) on the project on digital utilization support for users under the fiscal 2020 supplementary budget.
