March 10, 2021 Succession of Medium Wave Broadcasting Channel License etc. from Mainichi Broadcasting System, Inc.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today approved the application of MBS Radio Separation Preparation Inc. (headed by HAMADA Takahiro, Representative Director) for a succession of radio station licensee status of Mainichi Broadcasting System, Inc. (headed by KEIICHI Mimura, President and Representative Director) for specified terrestrial basic broadcasting stations for medium wave and VHF broadcasting (complementary relay broadcasting).

This case is a succession of the license of the specified terrestrial basic broadcasting stations due to the company split of Mainichi Broadcasting System, Inc. outlined as follows:

Applicant	MBS Radio Separation Preparation Inc. (headed by HAMADA Takahiro, Representative Director) (The trade name will be changed to MBS Radio, Inc. on April 1, 2021.)
