March 12, 2021 Hearing related to Revocation of Approval for Tohokushinsha Media Service Inc. under Article 93, Paragraph 1 of the Broadcasting Act

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has decided to hold a hearing with Tohokushinsha Media Service Inc. based on Article 13, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (a) of the Administrative Procedure Act (Act No. 88 of 1993). This hearing is on the revocation of approval for Tohokushinsha Media Service Inc. (as a basic broadcaster under certification number BS 125, the position of which was taken over from Tohokushinsha Film Corporation on October 14, 2017) under Article 93, Paragraph 1 of the Broadcasting Law (Act No. 132 of 1950).
