March 26, 2021 Approval to Business Plan and Budget Statement of Support Organization for Telephone Relay Services

Under the provisions of Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Facilitating the Use of Telephones by the Hearing Impaired, etc. (Act No. 53 of 2020, hereafter referred to as the “Act”), the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the submitted business plan etc. of a support organization for telephone relay services for fiscal 2021.

Under Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the business plan and budget statement for fiscal 2021. The said business plan and budget statement were submitted by Telecommunications Carriers Association (a support organization for telephone relay services, chaired by MIYAUCHI Ken) earlier.
