March 31, 2021 Approval of FY2021 Business Plan for Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, Etc.

The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the submitted fiscal 2021 business plans of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (headed by President SAWADA Jun, hereafter referred to as “NTT Holdings”), Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (headed by President INOUE Fukuzo, hereafter referred to as “NTT East”) and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (headed by President KOBAYASHI Mitsuyoshi, hereafter referred to as “NTT West”).

Under the provisions of Article 12 of the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc. (Act No. 85, 1984), the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the FY2021 business plans* submitted by NTT Holdings, NTT East, and NTT West.
