April 6, 2021 Result of Appeal for Opinions on Draft Notice on Partial Revisions to Matters Specifying Contents of Lectures Conducted by Registered Training Institutions, Teaching Materials, and Lecture Hours
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made an appeal for opinions from February 11 through March 12, 2021, on a draft notice on partial revisions to matters specifying the contents of lectures conducted by registered training institutions, teaching materials, and lecture hours. As a result, two opinions were submitted.
Accordingly, MIC has decided to open the submitted opinions to the public, along with MIC’s views on the opinions.
1. Outline of revision
This draft notice is for partial revisions to MIC Notice No. 409 of 2014 (Matters specifying the contents of lectures conducted by registered training institutions, teaching materials, and lecture hours) considering a partial report from the Information and Communications Council.
2. Result of appeal for opinions
MIC made an appeal for opinions from February 11 through March 12, 2021, on a draft notice on partial revisions to matters specifying the contents of lectures conducted by registered training institutions, teaching materials, and lecture hours. As a result, two opinions were submitted.
