The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today approved a resolution on the appointment of directors of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.
MIC has today approved the resolution on the appointment of directors applied for approval from Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (headed by MASUDA Hiroya, Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO) based on Article 9 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005).
