July 13, 2021 Appeal for Opinions on Draft Guidelines for Interpretation and Operation of Presumption Rules of Permission for Simultaneous Broadcast Distribution

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will make an appeal for opinions on draft Guidelines for Interpretation and Operation of Presumption Rules of Permission for Simultaneous Broadcast Distribution recently prepared with consideration of the study results of MIC’s Study Group on Formulation of Guidelines for Presumption Rules of Permission.

The draft Guidelines for Interpretation and Operation of Presumption Rules of Permission for Simultaneous Broadcast Distribution was prepared on Friday, July 9, 2021, considering the study results of the Study Group on Formulation of Guidelines for Presumption Rules of Permission.
