The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will solicit proposals related to its Disaster Resistance Enhancement Project by Using Optical Cable TV to Establish New Daily Lives from December 19, 2022 through January 13, 2023.

As specified in Article 3 (7) 1 of the Subsidy Guidelines on Projects to Support the Development of Broadcasting Networks (hereinafter referred to as "the Subsidy Guidelines").

3. Deadline and method for submitting proposals

From Monday, December 19, 2022 through 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023

2. Submission method

Prepare a proposal document following the Subsidy Guidelines and the procedure of solicitation of proposals, and submit the document by any of the following methods.
Submission using email or a large-capacity file transfer system specified by MIC to the competent Regional Bureau of Telecommunications (the Okinawa Office of Telecommunications in the case of Okinawa)
