March 17, 2022 Result of Solicitation of Opinions on Draft Report of Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee
Technical requirements for wider band use of 920 MHz low-power radio stations as part of technical requirements for upgrading low-power wireless communications systems
The Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee (Chief Investigator: ANDO Makoto, professor emeritus, Tokyo Institute of Technology) under the Department on Information and Communications Technology of the Information and Communications Council, solicited opinions from Saturday, January 22 through Monday, February 21, 2022, on its draft report on technical requirements for the wider band use of 920 MHz low-power radio stations as part of the technical requirements for upgrading low-power wireless communications systems (Inquiry No. 2009, dated September 30, 2002).
As a result, ten opinions were submitted. Accordingly, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) discloses the submitted opinions and the views of the Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee on the opinions to the public.
