March 31, 2022 Approval of FY2022 Business Plan of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, Etc.

The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the submitted fiscal 2022 business plans of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (headed by President SAWADA Jun, hereafter referred to as "NTT Holdings"), Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (headed by President, INOUE Fukuzo, hereafter referred to as "NTT East") and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (headed by President, hereafter referred to as KOBAYASHI Mitsuyoshi; "NTT West").

Under the provisions of Article 12 of the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc. (Act No. 85 of 1984), the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications has today approved the FY2022 business plans* submitted by NTT Holdings, NTT East and NTT West.
