The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today granted approval for a resolution for appropriation of surplus of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.
MIC today granted approval for a resolution for appropriation of surplus (dividends) for which an application was filed by Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (headed by MASUDA Hiroya, Director and Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO) based on the provisions of Article 11 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005).
The total amount of the appropriation of surplus is approximately 183.1 billion yen.
