The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today approved a resolution on the appointment of directors of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.

MIC today approved the resolution on the appointment of directors for which an application for approval had been filed by Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (headed by MASUDA Hiroya, Director and Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO) based on the provisions of Article 9 of the Act on Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. (Act No. 98 of 2005).
