June 24, 2022 Approval to Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation for Appointment of Directors and Auditors, Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation, and Resolution for Appropriation of Surplus

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today granted approval to Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation for the appointment of directors and auditors, partial amendment to the articles of incorporation, and the resolution for appropriation of surplus, in response to its application for approval dated May 12, 2022. This approval is based on the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 2, and Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (Act No. 85 of 1984).
