June 28, 2022 Permission and Approval for Entry into Special Mail Business

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) submitted an inquiry to the Information and Communications Administration and Postal System Administration Council (chaired by KAWAHAMA Noboru, Professor, School of Government, Kyoto University) concerning permission for specified correspondence delivery services and approval for establishment of correspondence mail management regulations which had been requested by five applicants, including NX Cash Logistics, Ltd. (headed by FUJISHIRO Tadashi, representative director), and approval for establishment of terms and conditions for correspondence mail delivery which had been requested by NX Cash Logistics, Ltd. and Toda Bldg. Partners Co., Ltd. (headed by SAITO Yoshihiko, representative director). MIC received a reply from the Council stating that it is appropriate to grant the permission and approval as inquired.
In response to the report, MIC granted the permission and approval to the applicants today.

With the permission given to the five applicants, including NX Cash Logistics, Ltd., the number of specified correspondence delivery service providers came to 583. Specified correspondence delivery services are positioned as businesses that provide diverse services by responding to the sophisticated and diversifying needs of users and making creative efforts. It is expected that entry of these service providers into the correspondence delivery service industry will increase users’ selection range of services.
