June 30, 2022 Information and Communications Policy with a View to 2030
First report from the Information and Communications Council
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) today received a first report on Information and Communications Policy with a View to 2030 (Inquiry No. 26 dated September 30, 2021) from the Information and Communications Council.
The outline of the report is as follows.
1. Background
In response to the inquiry from the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications made on September 30, 2021, the Information and Communications Policy Committee and the Policy Board held discussions on information and communications policy with a view to 2030, and compiled a first report at the 46th meeting held today.
2. Future schedule
MIC will earnestly promote initiatives in consideration of this first report.
