September 26, 2022 Receipt of Serious Accident Report from Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (NTT West)
Today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) received a serious accident report from Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (headed by MORIBAYASHI Masaaki, President, Executive Director). This report was made under Article 28 of the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984) concerning a communications failure in Internet communication services that occurred on Thursday, August 25, 2022.
